Exceptional staff friendliness made us feel welcomed.

During our stay, the air conditioning was a constant source of frustration. It kept turning off at night, and with the windows locked, we were stuck in a sweltering 27-degree room. When I mentioned the issue to the receptionist, her indifferent response was shocking. she didn't even apologize or offer to help resolve the discomfort. This lack of concern really affected our experience.

Location is on point, just a hop to the outlets! The brekkie had the best bread ever. I was vibing. Rooms are lekker spacious and comfy. felt at home, like a solid bush lodge!

But ag man, the aircon was way too warm, a bit of a hassle during the night.

Loved the ideal location near the highway, perfect for our road trip. The room was spacious with premium bedding and a large shower, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. the fresh bread was the best we encountered during our travels! Plus, shopping at Fidenza Village was just a short walk away.

The safe in the room was too small for our laptops.

The room was spacious and super comfy. I loved the unexpected welcome drink they gave me upon arrival. I enjoyed lounging by the sun terrace and the cozy garden area, perfect for unwinding.
